Wow. I never would have believed it, but what a difference a new camera and picture editing software can make! my store looks so different, and so much better! I am so excited!
Ok, off to keep creating!

The camera you use makes a HUGE difference, especially with jewelry. I finally couldn't stand it any more and had to get a new camera, because of the way my jewelry looked. And what a difference is right!
I left an old photo up for an item and added some new photos to it today. For comparison (if you're deathly bored and have nothing to do...), you can look here, at the last photo for the item.
How exciting that you're re-doing your shop. I didn't see what it looked like before, but I hope it pays off for you. I think it makes a difference when people see a nicely-arranged shop with great photos. I know the opposite is s certain turn-off.

Thanks so much, Tina! Half of my store still has old photos. It's too cold to take pics outdoros, so I have about 90 minutes a day in my front room where sunlight comes in through the picture window, a side window, and the huge window in my dining room making enough light.
The pictures on thos earrings are such a difference!
I can't wait to see what else you make!
Heh. I know what you mean. Sometimes my husband will call me from work and I'll say, "I have to call you back in a while, honey. I have actual sunlight for photos so I have to go now!" Happened yesterday, as a matter of fact. :)
It's a lot of work to re-take photos and get them all re-sized and edited and such, but I'm tackling it bit by bit, and it will be rewarding for both of us, I think, when we're finished.
And thank you for your interest. I always have so many designs floating around in my head, but only 24 hours in a day. :)
